How much does delivery cost?

Great news! For all UK mainland orders over £150, delivery is on us! If your order is under £150, no worries, just a small charge of £5.99 will be added at checkout. We'll ship your order on a next business day service with DPD as soon as it's ready. For those in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man, there's a fee of around £15-£20 for delivery, and it might take up to 2 business days to arrive. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive emails and text messages to keep you in the loop.

Can I return my items?

Of course! If you have any garments that you'd like to return, you can do so within 28 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the items are in their original condition, including packaging and tags. If we don't hear from you within 28 days, we'll assume you're happy with your purchase and won't authorise a return.

How long do orders take to arrive?

We always do our best to get your order to you in double-quick time, but during busy times, deliveries might take a tad longer than usual. If you're in a hurry and need your order as soon as possible, just reach out to our friendly team, and we'll do everything we can to make sure you get your items when you need them.

Do you offer Click and Collect?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a collection service from our warehouse. However, our delivery options are designed to be fast, efficient, and reliable, so you can receive your order as quickly as possibl to our friendly team, and we'll do everything we can to make sure you get your items when you need them.

Do you provide international shipping?

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us online, which is why we ensure that all online payments are secure. Please know that we do not store, process or have access to any credit card details at any time. For both online and telephone orders, all card processing is done securely via Stripe.
