How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £150.
Orders under £150 are charged £5.99.
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man deliveries are typically £15–£20 and may take up to 2 working days.
Orders are dispatched on a next business day service with DPD. Tracking updates are sent by email and SMS once your order ships.
Can I return my items?
Yes. Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery provided they are in original condition, including packaging and tags. After 28 days, returns may not be authorised.
How long do orders take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer. If your order is urgent, contact our team and we will assist where possible.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We do not currently offer warehouse collection. All orders are dispatched via our courier delivery services.
Do you provide international shipping?
International shipping is not currently available. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Can I be sure my online payment is secure?
All payments are processed securely via Secure Payment Methods. We do not store or have access to your full card details at any time.
