Returning an Item

You can return your item within 28 days of receiving it.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your item.

Exchanging an Item

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, opened undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If we have sent the wrong item, we will arrange collection at no cost to you.

If your item is not as described, contact us before requesting a refund so we can resolve the issue properly.

Returns Terms & Conditions

1. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
2. Perishable goods, intimate items, hazardous materials and flammable goods cannot be returned.
3. Downloads, gift cards and services that begin immediately are non-refundable.
4. If you change your mind within 28 working days, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price and original postage. Return postage is not refundable.
5. If the item is faulty or not as described, contact us before requesting a refund.
6. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
7. If you have not received your refund, check with your bank before contacting us.
8. If a discount voucher was used, only the amount paid will be refunded.
9. Sale items may not be eligible for refund unless faulty.
